摘  要:介绍了一种压缩气体绝缘传输线(CGIT)用大尺寸改性聚苯醚(MPPO)绝缘垫片的注塑成型工艺。该绝缘垫片厚度为26mm,外径为240mm,根据该尺寸设计了注塑成型模具,并通过超声波无损探伤技术对绝缘垫片内部缺陷进行了检测,结果表明绝缘垫片内部缺陷普遍存在于厚度12mm处。因此,对注塑模具和工艺参数采取了改进措施,如增加模具排气孔,增大浇口、流道和喷嘴的尺寸,调整熔融温度、射胶速度、注射压力和保压时间等。工艺改进后,绝缘垫片试样经逐层解剖,内部无肉眼可见缺陷。An injection technique for the large size MPPO insulators used in compressed gas insulated transmission lines (CGIT) is introduced. This insulator is 26 mm in thickness and 240 mm in diameter. On this basis the injection mold is designed,and ultrasonic non-destructive inspecting is used to detect the internal defects of the insulators. The results indicate that these defects generally locate at the deep of 12 mm along the thickness direction. Consequently, some favorable measures are taken on injection mold and process parameters, such as adding extra exhaust holes in mold, enlarging the dimension of gate, runner, and nozzle in the injection mold, adjusting melting temperature, injection velocity, injection pressure and pressure holding time etc. After the improvement, the finished insulators are dissected layer and layer and no visible defects can be observed.
