摘 要:目的探讨内皮素(ET)和一氧化氮(NO)在大鼠烧冲复合伤肺损伤中的作用机制。方法大鼠烧冲复合伤后给予ET受体(ETR)拮抗剂和NO合酶(NOS)抑制剂治疗 ,检测与肺损伤密切相关的指标的变化。结果烧冲复合伤大鼠血清和肺组织氧自由基丙二醛(MDA)含量、肺组织弹力纤维(EF)和血管性假血友病因子(vWF)含量均出现了显著变化(P<0.05) ,给予ETR拮抗剂和NOS抑制剂治疗分别可减轻和加重这些指标的变化(P<0.05)。结论ET和NO与大鼠烧冲复合伤肺损伤密切相关 ,它们可通过多种途径影响大鼠烧冲复合伤肺损伤的发展。Objective To explore the machenism of endothelin(ET) and nitric oxide(NO) effect on lung injury after combined burn-blast injury in rats. Methods The indices related to lung injury were measured after rats were inflicted with combined burn-blast injury and administered with endothelin receptor(ETR) antagonist and nitric oxide synthase(NOS) inhibitor. Results The content of oxygen radical in serum and the lungs was significantly increased, the amount of pulmonary elastic fiber and von Willebrand Factor were significantly decreased(P<0.05) after combined burn-blast injury and these indices were affected with the administration of ETR antagonist and NOS inhibitor (P<0.05). Conclusion ET and NO can afftect the process of lung injury via different pathways after combined burn-blast injury in rats.
