摘  要:以乙酸钴、乙酸镍为前驱物,在络合剂乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA)存在的条件下,加入表面活性剂聚丙烯酰胺,采用水热法制备出了面心立方晶型钴镍合金微球。使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能谱仪(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)对样品进行了表征。SEM照片显示该微球由众多纳米小球团聚而成,微球表面粗糙,充满了厚度为20nm的纳米片。研究发现表面活性剂对产物的形貌有显著的影响,当表面活性剂为油酸和聚乙二醇,分别得到椰菜花状微球和纳米板组成的三维微结构。Three dimensional CoNi alloy microspheres were prepared by hydrothermal process, in which cobalt acetate and nickel acetate acted as Co and Ni source,EDTA acted as complexing agent,polyacrylamide acted as surfactant. The as -prepared sample was characterized by SEM, EDS, and XRD. SEM images indicated the as - prepared microspheres were composed of many nanospheres. High magnification SEM image indicated that the rough - surfaced mierospheres were full of nanosheets with thickness of about 20 nm. It was found that the surfactants had great effect on the morphology of the products. Cauliflower - like microspheres and three dimensional mierostructures consisting of nanoplatelet was obtained when the surfactant is oleic acid and polyglycol, respectively.
