几种常见有机酸对黑花生衣色素的辅色效果研究

摘  要:研究了几种有机酸对黑花生衣色素的辅色作用效果,采用60%酸性乙醇作为黑花生衣色素的提取剂,制取黑花生衣色素浓缩液,分别添加不同的有机酸,研究色素溶液吸光度的变化。结果表明0.1%的丙二酸、顺丁烯二酸、乳酸和草酸能增加黑花生衣色素的吸光度。除丁二酸外,在0.1%~0.6%范围内,添加有机酸的浓度与色素的吸光度呈正相关。It was studied that the copigmentation of several kinds of organic acid with black peanut skin pigment(BPSP). It was adopted 60% acid alcohol as black peanuts skin pigment extractant, making the black peanuts skin pigment concentrate. It was studied that changes in the pigment solution absorbance when different organin acids were added. The results indicated that the malonic acid, maleic acid,lactic acid and oxalic acid were able to increase the absorbency of the BPSP solution in the concentration of 0.1%. Besides succinic acid,in the concentration of 0.1% to 0. 6% , other organic acid concentration positively correlated with the absorbency of the BP- SP.
