摘 要:采用文献资料法、调查法及数理统计法,分析了广东省水上救生员培养体制的特点和现状,揭示广东省水上救生员培养中出现的各种问题,提出提高水上救生员培养效果的可行性建议。研究结果表明:(1)广东省水上救生员的年龄结构和学历结构向着年轻化、高学历方向发展,但是存在从业年限短的问题。(2)水上救生教练员朝年轻化和知识化方向发展。(3)在市场对水上救生员需求增加和人们再就业需求增加等因素的刺激下,广东省水上救生员培训基地发展迅速;但是培训场地和设备设施不完善,培训规模对于需求的增加还远远不够。Through literature, investigation and law and mathematical statistics, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the water system and lifeguard training. It reveals the status of the water in Guangdong Province and Guangdong Province,lifeguard training in the emerging water problems. It is intended to increase the effectiveness of water lifeguard training feasibility proposal. The results show that: ( 1 ) the age structure of the water lifeguards and qualifications structure toward younger, highly educated direction. Working years, but is a question. (2) Water saving coaches towards younger and more intelligent direction. (3) Water lifeguard training base in Guangdong Province has developed rapidly. But the training venues and equipment are inadequate, the scale of training for the increased demand is not enough.
