肺炎患儿血清SOD和LPO水平的变化及其临床意义

摘  要:探讨自由基在肺炎发病中的作用。测定肺炎患儿血清中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)及脂质过氧化物 (LPO)含量。肺炎患儿血清水平明显升高 ,SOD、SOD/LPO值显著降低 ,各值与对照组比较均有显著性差异 ,P <0 0 1,恢复期各值与对照组比较 ,差异不具显著性 ,P >0 0 5 )。肺炎急性期时机体氧化反应亢进 ,抗氧化能力低下 ,自由基参与并加重了肺炎的病理过程 ,恢复期自由基对机体的损伤作用已恢复。Objective:To approach the role of free redicals played in the pathogenesis of pneumonia.Methods:Serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)and lipid peroxide (LPO) levels were measured in children with pneumonia.Results:Compared to control,the LPO levels were significantly elevated and SOD levels and the SOD:LPO ratio significantly reduced in the acute phase of pneumonia (P<0.01);the values almost returned to normal in the recovery phase.Conclusion:In the acute phase of pneumonia,oxidation of antibodies was hyperactive and antioxidation hypoactive;free radicals took part in and aggravated the pathogenesis of pneumonia;damage to the bodies by the radicals might be basically ceased in the recovery phase.
