摘 要:比较干扰灵联合抗乙肝免疫核糖核酸与无环鸟苷联合胸腺肽抗乙肝病毒疗效。采用ELISA和PCR法检测慢性乙肝患者治疗前、结束以及治疗后 6mon血清HBsAg、抗 -HBs、HBeAg、抗 -HBe、抗 -HBc以及HBVDNA。治疗结束时 ,干扰灵组HBsAg转阴率 2 0 % (6 /30 )、HBeAg转阴率 6 6 7% (18/2 4)、HBVDNA转阴率 6 0 % (18/30 ) ,随访 6mon 2例HBsAg、HBeAg、HBVDNA复阳、1例HBeAg、HBVDNA转阴 ;无环鸟苷组治疗结束时 ,HBsAg、HBeAg、HBVDNA转阴率分别为 6 1% (2 /33)、5 5 2 %(16 /2 9)、5 4 5 % (18/33) ,随访结束时其转阴率分别为 2 7 3% (9/33)、5 8 6 % (17/2 9)、6 0 6 % (2 0 /33)。两组治疗后及随访期末 ,HBeAg、HBVDNA转阴率均显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,但两组间比较其转阴率无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 )。两种联合疗法均能显著抑制乙肝病毒复制 ,两种联合疗法疗效基本一致 ,但无环鸟苷联合组疗程短、价廉、远期疗效好。Purpose: To compare the effect of interferon-α and anti-HBV iRNA with acyclovir and thymotide to inhibit HBV replication.Method:By using ELISA and PCR technique to detect HBsAg,anti HBs,HBeAg,anti-HBe,anti-HBc and HBV DNA in serum before,after and six months after therapy.Results:In group A(interferon-α and anti-HBV iRNA),after therapy the seroconversion rates of HBsAg,HBeAg and HBV DNA were 20%(6/30),66.7%(18/24)and 60%(18/30)respectively;In group B(acyclovir and thymotide),after therapy the seroconversion rates of HBsAg,HBeAg and HBVDNA were 6 1%(2/23),55 2%(16/29)and 54 5%(18/33)respectively;The seroconversion of HBeAg ,HBV DNA in both groups after therapy had much higher than that in control group(P<0 01);The seroconversion rates of HBeAg,HBV DNA in group A and group B had no difference(P>0 05)。Conclusion:Interferon-α and anti-HBV iRNA,acyclovir and thymotide have higher effect to inhibit HBV replication,and both of them have similar effect to inhibit HBV replication.
