基于改善民生目标下降低政府行政成本的研究

摘　　要：当前我国政府行政成本不断增长,已远远超过世界其他国家,因此对降低政府行政成本的研究不仅有利于提高政府行政效率、保障和改善民生,更有利于促进社会稳定及公平正义。根据对政府行政成本的分析,探讨造成行政成本较高的原因,提出绩效评估全面化、成本意识深入化、政府结构合理化、行政决策科学化来降低行政成本的具体措施。The cost of government administration is increasing rapidly. So it＇s significant to start researching on decreasing the cost of government administration. Decrease of the cost of government administration will be beneficial for government to improve efficiency of administration and value people＇s live, even to attain social fairness and justice. Based on analysis of the cost of government administration, this paper puts forward several practical measures.
