摘  要:选取木钠、萘系以及聚羧酸系减水剂,利用XRD、SEM等测试手段,通过对水泥净浆流动性、凝结时间和强度等宏观性能的研究,分别比较粗集料中的含泥量对其性能的影响规律。结果表明,泥土的掺入缩短了含有3种减水剂的水泥净浆的初凝和终凝的时间,且随着含泥量(0%~8%)的增加均呈下降趋势;初始流动度和1 h流动度随着含泥量的增加而减小。其中,泥土对聚羧酸减水剂的影响最为明显;含泥量在较小范围之内(w<2%),在一定程度上可以提高净浆试块的7 d强度。Choosing polycarboxylate water reducer, sodium lignosulfonate and naphthalene series superplasticizer, and using XRD and SEM,we compared the influence of mud content on the performance of coarse aggregates through studying their fluidity, setting time and strenth. The results indicate that the adding of mud shortens the initial and final setting time of cement paste with the three water reducers ,and that,with the increase of mud content(0 - 8% ) ,the initial and final setting time decreases and the initial and one-hour fluidity reduces too,with the most obvious effect on polycarboxylate water reducer. The 7 d compressive strength of cement paste samples is improved slightly if the amount of mud can be controlled in a certain range(0 - 2% ).
