摘 要:应用链脲佐菌素(Streptozotocin,STZ)建立SPF级SD大鼠糖尿病模型,糖尿病大鼠随机分为蚓激酶干预组和模型组。实验持续30周后,采用甲苯胺蓝染色方法对糖尿病30周大鼠、正常对照组及蚓激酶干预组的胃肌间丛神经元尼元氏体进行检测。结果:糖尿病30周模型大鼠尼氏体数量比正常组少(P<0.01);而蚓激酶组数量较模型组多(P<0.01)与正常组之间有差异(P<0.05)。结论:实验30周糖尿病模型大鼠胃肌间丛尼氏体数量减少,显示神经损害;蚓激酶组尼氏体数量较多,显示蚓激酶的保护作用。Objective To observe the treatment effect of Lumbrokinase on the neuron Nissl bodies in the gastric muscle plexus of diabetic rats. Methods An experiment on the SPF models established by using streptozotocin (STZ) and diabetic rats which were randomly put into the control and the I.umbrokinase trial groups was carried out. The effect was examined through the use of toluidine in 30 weeks. Results The amount of neuron Nissl bodies of the models was less than that of the control group (P〈0. 01) while the amount of neuron Nissl bodies of the Lumbrokinase trial group was more than that of the models (P〈0. 01). There was a difference between the control and the trial groups (P〈0. 05). Conclusion The decrease of the amount of neuron Nissl bodies of the models indicated the neuron was damaged and Lumbrokinase was effective in protecting neuron.
