摘　　要：针对小转炉除尘系统活动烟罩存在的冷却水管烧损过快、焊缝易裂、漏水等问题,分析原因及工作环境,实施改造,从而提高活动烟罩的使用寿命,满足小转炉生产的需要。For the purpose of prolonging the movable smoke cover life and meeting the requirement of the production of small converters, the work of reason analyses of some phenomenon that include burning loss, high crack frequency of welding seam, water Leakage existing in cooling water pipe of the movable smoke cover of small converters dedusting system and retrofit has been done.
