摘  要:针对国内外首座外掺氧化镁混凝土不分横缝技术建成的广东省长沙拱坝,分析了近8a的氧化镁混凝土自生体积变形的原型观测成果。长期观测结果表明,氧化镁混凝土的长期自生体积变形是趋于稳定的,不可逆的,有限的。在观测时间3a之后,混凝土的自生体积变形一般还可能有10×10-6左右的缓慢增加。结合工程实践,自生体积变形的原型观测应长期开展,在条件受限后,观测时间以自生体积变形年增量不超过3×10-6且不小于5a为宜。Changsha dam in Guangdong province is the first arch dam adopting MgO-admixed concrete material with no transverse joint.This paper presents an analysis on a prototype observation data series of nearly eight years long for autogenous deformation of this dam.With detailed prototype data and observed facts,the analysis shows that the MgO concrete under long-term deformation tends to a steady state with no infinite expansion,and it reveals that three years later significant deformation generally continues,more mildly though,and may cause a yearly deformation as much as 10×10-6.By engineering experiences,prototype observation over a period long enough is necessary.This study strongly recommends that even in limited observation condition,autogenous deformation should be no more than 3×10-6 within a year and the observation period no less than five years.
