全国饮用水、公共场所卫生监督岗位人员结构分析

摘　　要：目的:了解全国卫生监督机构中从事饮用水和公共场所卫生监督工作的人员配备情况,以及人员的学历、学位、专业等情况,以期为饮用水和公共场所卫生监督队伍建设提供参考。材料与方法:利用Excel 2007和SPSS 16.0进行数据整理和数据分析。结果:全国设有公共场所和饮用水卫生监督的机构比例分别为44.26%和31.84%,其中独立设置公共场所和饮用水卫生监督的分别占22.38%和9.96%;大部分监督员具有专科以上学历、无学位,所学专业是公共卫生与预防医学。结论:全国设有公共场所和饮用水卫生监督的机构比例不高,部分机构的人数不足,需继续加强人才队伍建设;人员的学历学位水平较低,还有较多人员无专业。Objective To obtain data of health inspectors who are in charge of inspecting drinking water and health condition in public places, to identify problems and provide suggestions. Method Census and SPSS16. 0 were used to obtain and analyze data. Result The number of inspectors is still not enough; the majority of inspectors have junior college education and major in public health and preventive medicine or have no degree. Conclusion The number of inspectors is s011 not enough, and we need to increase the number of personnel. Part of the inspectors have low level of academic degree or no professional expertise.
