摘 要:基于液力反馈泵在稠油油藏开采过程中的普遍应用,其受力计算有别于常规柱塞泵,因此对于加重杆的设计提出新的要求。另外,稠油特别是超稠油在开采过程中,井筒液体黏度大,导致杆柱下行困难,容易出现杆阻的现象。目前采用Φ38mm加重杆,并没有有效缓解这一问题,反而导致抽油机悬点载荷过大。以泵端阻力分析为基础,从加重杆尺寸的约束条件及加重杆加重效果最优两个基本点出发,提出了稠油加重杆杆径设计的一种新方法。在节约材料投资、降低能耗、减少杆柱故障方面,有望取得良好的经济效益,有试验推广的价值。Hydraulic feedback pump have been applied widely in heavy oil production.The stress calculation of this type pump is different from conventional plunger pump.So a new design method of heavy-duty Rods for this pump is needed.In additionally,In the process of super heavy oil production,the liquid viscosity is very great in well tubing,leading to the rod downward difficulties.The phenomenon of bar fighting occurred frequently,presently Φ38 mm diameter heavy rods is used,but this measure can't solve the problem effectively,leading to pumping unit polished rod load too large contrarily.A new design method is given for the heavy rod's diameter,basing on pump end stress analysis,and considering on constraint of heavy rod diameter and the best aggravating effect.If this method was used widely,it can create great benefit because of saveing material and electricity cost,and reducing rod string failure.
