一种血液透析机专用复方消毒液性能的研究

摘　　要：目的研究一种血液透析机专用复方消毒液杀菌效果及其消毒相关性能。方法用悬液定量和载体浸泡定性杀菌试验、毒性试验和理化测定方法,对该消毒液性能进行了实验室观察。结果用含867 mg/L过氧乙酸和3 044 mg/L过氧化氢的该复方消毒液对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌作用15 min,可达到完全杀灭。用含17.34 g/L过氧乙酸和60.88 g/L过氧化氢的该复方消毒液对悬液内枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用15min,可达到完全杀灭。该复方消毒液原液对小鼠急性经口毒性试验LD50值为>5 000 mg/kg(体重);对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞结果阴性。结论该血液透析机专用复方消毒液具有良好的杀菌效果,属于无毒级物质。Objective To study the germicidal efficacy and related properties of a compound disinfection specially for blood dialysis machines. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test, carrier qualitative germicidal test and physicochemical examination method were used to carry out laboratory evaluation. Animal experiment was used to observe its toxici- ty. Results Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans in the suspension exposed to the disinfection solution containing peracetic acid 867 mg/L and hydrogen peroxide 3 044 mg/L for 15 minutes were killed completely. Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores in the suspension exposed to the disinfection solution containing peracetic acid 17.34 g/L and hydrogen peroxide 60. 88 g/L for 15 minutes were killed completely. The LD50 of the compound disinfectant in mice acute oral toxicity was 〉 5 000 mg/kg . bw. The result of mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test was negative. Conclusion The compound disinfectant specially for blood dialysis machines has good germicidal efficacy and belongs to non - toxic class.
