摘 要:目的研究一种麻醉机回路消毒机的杀菌效果及使用安全性。方法采用理化分析和载体定量杀菌试验等方法,对某麻醉机回路消毒机进行了消毒相关性能实验观察。结果该消毒机开机运行15 min内,管路内汽化过氧化氢浓度和臭氧浓度分别达到304 mg/m3和135 mg/m3。在该麻醉消毒机管路内汽化过氧化氢平均浓度范围209~303 mg/m3、臭氧平均浓度范围95~134 mg/m3,熏蒸消毒60 min,对管道内不锈钢片和硅胶片上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的平均杀灭对数值皆>4.00。在整个消毒运行过程中,工作环境空气中过氧化氢和臭氧平均浓度分别为0.16 mg/m3和0.03 mg/m3。结论该麻醉机回路消毒机采用过氧化氢和臭氧联合作用的方式,对不同载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭效果达到消毒标准要求,环境残留消毒剂气体含量在安全范围内。Objective To observe the germicidal efficacy and safety of a disinfection machine for internal respiratory pipeline of anesthesia machine. Methods Physicochemical analytic method and carrier quantitative germicidal test were used to observe the germicidal efficacy and safety of the disinfection machine. Results The concentrations of hydrogen peroxide and ozone in the disinfection pipeline were 304 mg/m3 and 135 mg/m3 respectively after the disinfection were performed for 15 min. In the whole program, the concentration ranges of hydrogen peroxide and ozone were 209 mg/m3 to 303 mg/m3 , 95 mg/m3 to 134 mg/m3 , respectively. The average killing logarithm values of Bacillus subtitle var. niger spores on stainless steel carrier and silica gel carrier exposed to disinfection for 60 min were both over 4.00. The average concentrations of hydrogen peroxide and ozone in the environment were 0. 16 mg/m3 and 0. 03 mg/m3 respectively. Conclusion The disinfection machine applied with combined hydrogen peroxide and ozone can kill Bacillus subtitle vat. niger spores on different carrier, and the doses of residual disinfectants are in the safe range.
