摘　　要：分析我国医院图书馆的现状、问题,从馆藏资源、信息处理、信息咨询、馆员知识等方面论述医院图书馆受到现代信息技术发展的冲击,探讨医院图书馆如何搞好医、教、研信息服务,并提出一些相关对策。Hospital library under the guidance of and in cooperation with hospital and clinical departments directors, make continuous efforts in dynamic balance, combinat; on, synthesis of new and traditional library techniques so as to better facilitate professionals to: retrieve information on the growing points of knowledge of their specialty or areas of interest; have access to current, relevant literature, organize intellectual exchange amongstaff through seminars, journal clubs, etc; analyse selected aspects of management and operation,examining the needs,opportunities,inputs,performance as well as outputs and benefits of programs; promote creative innovation in using, disseminating, generating appropriate technologies.
