美军战场卫勤信息系统建设的特点及启示

摘　　要：目的通过分析美军战场卫勤信息系统建设特点,发现我军在战场卫勤信息系统建设方面与美军的差距。方法通过对比研究美军及我军战场卫勤信息系统建设现状,提出我军未来战场卫勤信息系统建设的几点建议。结果为适应未来战争需要,我军卫勤建设应树立信息化优先理念,全面推动战场卫勤信息系统建设。结论借鉴美军在战场卫勤信息系统建设方面的经验,我军战场卫勤信息系统应以顶层设计思想为指导,以战场卫勤保障为中心,利用信息技术外包,以用促建。Objective To explore the characteristics of US military battlefield medical service information system（MBMSIS）,and find out the disadvantages of ours.Methods By comparing our MBMSIS to that of US,some suggestions for future MBMSIS improvement were presented.Results To meet the needs of future war,the informization priority idea should be established to promote the MBMSIS construction.Conclusion The experience of US MBMSIS,construction suggests that our system should be top-level designed and battlefield medical support centered,and take the advantage of IT outsourcing to promote the construction.
