摘  要:素混凝土桩复合地基采用桩土共同承担荷载,既发挥了桩体材料的潜力,又利用了天然地基的承载力,且施工工艺简单,适应范围广。但是,素混凝土桩复合地基为刚性地基,需配刚性承台,造价较高。在日照—东明原油管道工程末站原油罐区的土建工程中,油罐(直径80 m,高20 m)罐基础采用了素混凝土桩复合地基配柔性承台的方案。素混凝土桩桩径0.5 m,有效桩长18.0 m,桩间距2.0 m,等边三角形布桩,桩采用C20混凝土浇筑,桩顶增加了直径1.2 m的桩帽,且还增加了桩顶处柔性垫层的厚度,在柔性垫层下铺设了土工布。充水预压结果显示,观察点的最小沉降量为70 mm,最大沉降量为100 mm。罐地基沉降均匀,沉降量与计算值的误差在规定范围内。近一年的安全运行证明,此工程各项指标均达到了设计要求。Plain concrete pile compound foundation applies both pile and soil to provide bearing capacity,which not only utilizes the potential of pile materials but also uses the bearing capacity of natural foundation.It is simple in construction and wide in application.Whereas,the plain concrete pile compound foundation is higher in cost because the rigid foundation requires rigid bearing platform.In the tank terminal for Rizhao—Dongming crude oil pipeline,the oil tank is 80 m in diameter and 2 m high.The plain concrete pile compound foundation with flexible bearing platform has been designed for the foundation.The plain concrete piles,which are 0.5 m in diameter and 18 m in effective length,are laid out in equilateral triangle profile at a pile spacing of 2.0 m.The pile is casted with C20 concrete.The top of plain concrete pile is installed with pile cap which is 1.2 m in diameter.In addition,the thickness of flexible cushion at the pile top is increased,and geotextile is laid below the flexible cushion.The hydration pressure tests show that the minimum settlement at the observation location is 70 mm,and maximum settlement is 100 mm.The foundation settlement is uniform,and the error between actual settlement and the calculation value is within the specifications.One year’s operation demonstrates that all indexes of the project have met the design requirements.
