摘 要:金陵分公司0.60 Mt/a对二甲苯(PX)联合装置经过两年多的运行,异构化SKI-400催化剂存在副反应比例大、PX和乙基苯转化能力不足,C8芳烃损失多等问题;歧化单元HAT-096催化剂存在C10芳烃利用率较低的问题。装置改用新型异构化催化剂Oparis-Plus和歧化催化剂HAT-099后,C8芳烃损失由原来的5%以上下降到2.15%,乙苯转化率由21.1%提高到23.1%,C10芳烃转化率由50.66%提高到65.66%,装置吸附分离进料中PX质量分数上升1.055个百分点,乙苯质量分数下降1.065个百分点,PX联合装置能耗由换剂前的25.51 GJ/t降低至换剂后的23.47 GJ/t,达到了增加高附加值产品PX产量,显著提高经济技术指标和经济效益的目的。In more than 2 years’ operation of a 600,000 TPY PX Complex in SINOPEC Jinling Petrochemical Company,the side reaction was high,the xylene and ethyl benzene conversions were low and aromatic loss was great in isomerization unit with isomerization catalyst SKI-400,and C10 aromatic utilization rate was low in disproportationation unit using disproportionation catalyst HAT-096.After the isomerization and disproportionation catalysts were replaced with the new isomerization catalyst Oparis-Plus and disproportionation catalyst HAT-099,the aromatic loss was reduced to 2.15% from 5%,the ethyl benzene conversion was raised to 23.1% from 21.1%,the aromatic conversion was increased to 65.66% from 50.66%,the PX in absorption feed was raised by 1.055% and ethyl benzene was lowered by 1.065%,and the energy consumption of PX complex was reduced to 23.47 GJ/t from 25.51 GJ/t.The production of high-value product PX was increased and techno-economic index and economic benefits were greatly improved.
