摘　　要：介绍了折流式旋转床应用于萃取精馏过程分离四氢呋喃-甲醇-水体系的情况,先通过Aspen Plus模拟软件优化工艺参数,再设计相应的折流式旋转床设备,工业应用表明,产物四氢呋喃中甲醇的质量分数达0.0024%,满足了用户甲醇质量分数小于0.01%的要求。与填料塔相比,折流式旋转床的高度为前者的1/7,体积为前者的1/2。In this paper, the application of rotating zigzag bed （RZB） in extractive distillation process, which involves the separation of THF-methanol-water system, was presented. Process parameters were obtained using Aspen simulation software and based on these parameters the RZB was designed. Industrial practice shows that methanol residue in THF product is only 24 ppm, which can meet the methanol residual level of 0. 0l % required by the customer. The height and the volume of RZB is only about 1/7 and 1/2 compared with the packed column.
