摘　　要：目的探讨性别因素对择期手术患者术前心理需求的影响,了解患者心理需求,以便帮助患者进行有效的应对。方法采用非随机方便取样方法,对2009-02至2009-04在我院进行择期手术110例患者术前进行问卷调查,原始数据采用SPSS统计软件进行录入和分析。结果女性患者的焦虑水平均值46.67±9.02,明显高于男性43.16±6.85,对手术能否成功、手术费用、手术后的进食时间等问题的关注程度高于男性。结论术前护理中应当重视患者心理护理,尤其是女性患者焦虑情绪的调节,帮助患者解决术前最关心的问题。Objective To investigate the influence of gender on the mental need of patients for elective surgery. Methods One hundred and ten patients for elective surgery were investigated by questionnaires. The original data were analysed using SPSS soft- ware. Results The anxiety level in females was higher than in males. Females cared more about the success of operation, cost and food than males. Conclusions During nursing care, attention should be paid to the removal of anxiety of patients, especially female patients, whose concerns should be resolved.
