摘　　要：冷战后国际关系的变化波诡云谲 ,西方国家正力图从思想和行为两方面来主导这种变化的方向。它们在国际事务中的行为与其外交思维的变化相呼应 ,对国际关系的今后发展产生重要影响。本文拟从对国际关系中的“布莱尔主义”的分析入手 ,结合英国外交的表现 ,对近期英国乃至西方国家外交思维和行为的走向做一大致剖析。The western countries are now trying to guide the trend of bewildering changes of international relations in post cold war both in ideology and actions. Their actions in international affairs corresponding with their diplomatic thoughts will exert great influence on the future development of the international relations. This article intends to start with the analysis of the “Blarism”in the international relations, combining with the performances of British diplomacy, and make a preliminary analysis on the late diplomatic thoughts and actions of the Great Britain and other western countries.
