摘 要:在具有前掠叶片的涡轮低压导向叶栅的风洞实验中,测量了静压系数在不同叶高沿叶型的分布。根据静压分布的测量值,通过求解Falkner-Skan方程,获得不同来流马赫数下叶片边界层内沿流向的速度、压力、密度等参数。然后,将以上结果作为边界层的平均流动值,结合数值离散化的正交曲线坐标系线性抛物化稳定性方程(PSE),对边界层流动的稳定性进行特征值分析。计算结果表明,所选用的实验叶栅由于应用了前掠叶片,加载均匀,边界层流动相对稳定。In the wind tunnel tests of LP turbine guide cascade with swept-forward blade, this paper experimentally measured static pressure coefficient distribution along the blade at different blade height. By solving Falkner-Skan equation with measurements of. static pressure distribution, this paper obtained the parameters under the different incoming flow mach number along the boundary-layer of the blade, such as velocity, pressure, density, and so on. Then, taking the above results as the average values of the boundary-layer flow, and to combine orthogonal curvilinear coordinates linear parabolic stability equation (PSE) of numerical discretization, this paper carried out eigenvalue analysis to the stability of the boundary-layer flow. The results showed that load distributed more uniform and boundary-layer flow became relatively steady due to applying swept-forward blade in this cascade test.
