断指再植术后3种镇痛方法的临床效果观察比较

摘　　要：目的探索断指再植术后最佳镇痛方法。方法选择断指再植手术75例,随机分成3组。每组25例,A组:自控式镇痛泵;B组:酮咯酸氨丁三醇30mg,im,tid;C组:静脉滴注盐酸哌替啶100mg加入500mL 0.9%NS中持续缓慢滴注。视疼痛情况调节滴速。结果 A组镇痛效果最佳,好于B组、C组(P<0.05),C组费用最低。结论断指再植术后使用自控式镇痛泵的镇痛效果优于其他2组术后镇痛方法。Objective To explore the best methods of analgesia in patients after replantation of amputated finger.Methods 75 cases of replantation of severed finger operation,were randomly divided into 3 groups.25 patients in each group,group A： self-control analgesia pump;group B： ketorolac ammonia d three alcohol 30mgimtid;group C： intravenous infusion of 100mg pethidine hydrochloride in the accession to the 500mL 0.9% NS slow continuous infusion.As the pain modulating drop speed.Results In group A analgesic effect best,better in group B,group C（P0.05） in C group the lowest cost.Conclusion After replantation of severed fingers with patient-controlled analgesia pump analgesic effect than the other 2 groups of postoperative analgesia methods.
