摘　　要：目的总结成人肠套叠的病因、临床特征和外科诊治方法。方法回顾性分析2005年1月至2011年10月住院收治的34例成人肠套叠患者的临床资料。结果 34例患者临床表现中腹痛100%(34/34)、恶心呕吐67.65%(23/34)、黑便或血便44.12%(15/34)、腹泻或便秘41.18%(14/34)、腹部包块17.65%(6/34)。同时具有腹痛、血便和腹部包块典型三联征的仅14.71%(5/34)。结论成人肠套叠多有明确的病理因素,主要为良、恶性肿瘤。但缺乏典型的临床表现,术前确诊率不高。超声对确诊该病有一定价值,CT是首选的检查方法。成人肠套叠首选手术治疗,术中主要根据肠套叠的部位和类型、原发病的性质等选择最佳的手术方式。Objective To summarize the adult intussusception the cause of the complaint,the clinical characteristics and surgical treatment method.Methods A retrospective analysis of January 2005 to October 2011 34 cases were treated in hospital adult intussusception patients for clinical data.Results 34 patients in the clinical manifestations of abdominal pain 100%（34/34）,nausea and vomiting 67.65%（23/34）,black and or blood was 44.12%（15/34）,diarrhea or constipation 41.18%（14/34）,abdomen bag piece of 17.65%（6/34）.At the same time abdominal pain,blood and the abdomen bag piece [typical for only 14.71%（5/34）].Conclusion Adult intussusception much clear pathological factors,mainly for the benign and malignant tumors.But the lack of typical clinical manifestations,preoperative diagnosis rate is not high.Ultrasound confirmed the disease to a certain value,CT is the preferred method of inspection.Adult intussusception preferred surgery,perioperative,mainly based on the part of the small intestine,types and the character of the original disease to select the best operation method.
