急诊创伤骨科临床护理分析

摘　　要：目的探讨针对性护理干预在争诊创伤骨科患者中的应用效果。方法选择我院2009年4月至2011年4月收治的急诊创伤骨科患者90例,随机分为两组,对照组45例采取常规护理,观察组45例在此基础上行针对性护理干预,就两组临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果观察组护理干预后焦虑、抑郁恢复情况,治疗依从性、疾病掌握程度、精神状态情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对急诊创伤骨科患者行针对性的护理干预,可降低并发症发生率,改善治疗效果,明显提高了患者生存质量。Objective To explore the pertinent nursing intervention for diagnosis in orthopaedic trauma patients results.Methods In our hospital from 2009 April to 2011 April were emergency orthopaedic trauma patients with 90 cases,were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in the control group take the routine nursing care,observation group of 45 cases on the basis of this bank for nursing intervention,two groups of clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results The observation group after intervention anxiety,depression recovery,treatment compliance,disease,mental state master degree were superior to that in the control group（P0.05）.Observation of the complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The emergency trauma orthopedics patients line of nursing intervention,may reduce the incidence of complications,improve the effect of treatment,significantly improve the patients＇ quality of life.
