摘　　要：目的观察探讨哮喘患者皮下免疫治疗的临床疗效。方法选取我院变态反应专科门诊2008年4月至2011年9月哮喘患者78例,随机观察组和对照组,各39例,观察比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率94.9%(37/39),对照组74.4%(29/39),两组疗效比较存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论标准化屋尘螨提取液皮下注射免疫治疗小儿支气管哮喘疗效显著。Objective To observe and investigate the clinical efficacy of asthma in patients with subcutaneous immunotherapy.Methods The hospital allergy specialist outpatient clinics from April 2008 to September 2011 asthma patients 78 cases of random observation group and control group,the treatment effects observed were compared.Results The group total efficiency of 94.9%（37/39）,control group 74.4%（29/39）,the two groups significantly different（P0.05）.Conclusion The standardization of house dust mite extract subcutaneous immunotherapy in children with bronchial asthma.
