摘　　要：目的探讨肱动脉直接穿刺在血液净化中的应用以及护理方法。方法我院收治的180例行肱动脉直接穿刺的患者随机分成干预组和对照组,两组患者均给予穿刺透析治疗,干预组同时于治疗前后给予心理护理、透析中加强护理、结束后注意观察患者情况,比较两组患者一次穿刺成功情况、穿刺后并发症情况以及对护理的满意情况。结果干预组一次穿刺成功率达到95.56%,与对照组的一次成功率86.67%比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,干预组发生血肿、感染、穿刺点渗血的患者分别占4.44%、2.22%、1.11%,与对照组的14.44%、10.00%、8.89%比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,干预组护理满意率达到93.33%,高于对照组的护理满意率76.67%,两组比较P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论有效地护理干预能够提高一次穿刺成功率,减少血肿、感染及穿刺点渗血的发生率,同时提高了患者对护理的满意度。Objective Discuss the application and the nursing care brachial artery puncture in blood purification.Methods Our hospital 180 cases of direct puncture of the brachial artery were randomly divided into intervention and control groups,the two groups of patients were treated with puncture dialysis,the intervention group at the same time be given before and after treatment,psychological care,enhanced care dialysis,and observe the condition of patients after the end of.Were compared to patients once a successful puncture,puncture complications,satisfaction of care.Results The intervention group a puncture success rate of 95.56%,higher than that in the control group of nursing satisfaction rate of 86.69%,P0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Intervention group,hematoma,infection,puncture site bleeding patients accounted for 4.44%,2.22%,1.11%,compared with the control group 14.44%、10.00%、8.89%,P0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The intervention group care satisfaction rate of 93.33%,higher than that in the control group of nursing satisfaction rate of 76.67%,the two groups,P 0.01,statistically significant differences.Conclusion Effective nursing intervention to improve first puncture success rate,reduce hematoma,infection and the incidence of puncture site bleeding,while improving patient care satisfaction.
