我国运动员人力资本内涵、特征及价值分析

摘　　要：运用人力资本理论原理,研究了运动员人力资本的内涵、本质、特征以及运动员人力资本的价值构成。研究认为:运动员人力资本主要内涵是凝结在运动员身上具有经济价值的生产能力,其本质是运动员从事体育生产活动的劳动能力,由运动员劳动力的转化而来,直接表现形式是运动员在比赛中的竞技能力,人身依附性是运动员人力资本最本质的特征,其价值是运动员效率性人力资本、动力性人力资本、交易性人力资本三种资本形式的综合体现。Setting as the theory of human capital, the research of this dissertation sets out to analyze the connotation, nature, feature and compose of value of athletes human capital. The result shows that the main content of athletes human capital is the production capacity of economic value cohered to the athletes. It means the manual capacity of the athletes working on the process of sports production. And it is developed by the work of the athletes. The direct form of its expression is the athletes＇competitive capacity. And the innate character of the athletes human capital is physical de- pendence. The value of athletes human capital is embodied by the athletes efficient human capital, the kinetic human capital and the transact）, human capital.
