摘 要:目的探讨应用临床护理路径对冠状动脉造影术患者实施健康教育的效果。方法将80例择期行冠状动脉造影术的患者随机分为对照组和临床路径组,各40例。对照组采用传统方法进行常规性健康教育,临床路径组参照临床护理路径表实施健康教育,分别比较两组患者术后并发症、健康教育达标率及对护理工作的满意度。结果对照组有2例患者由于过早或不正确地活动致穿刺部位出血和血肿;2例患者术前无指导卧床排尿训练,术后由于卧位、排尿姿势和环境等改变而发生尿潴留。临床路径组的患者无发生术后并发症,且健康教育达标率、患者满意度均高于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。结论应用临床护理路径对冠状动脉造影术患者实施健康教育,使患者掌握相关知识,自觉采取健康行为,积极配合医疗护理,可以减少术后并发症,提高护理工作质量,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway on health education for patients under- going coronary angiography. Methods 80 patients undergoing elective coronary angiography were randomly divided into control group and clinical pathway group, 40 for each group. The control group received routine health education, while the clinical pathway group received to health education by reference of clinical nursing pathway form. Postoperative complications, standard rate of health education, and patient satisfaction with nursing pracetice were compared between the two groups. Results In the control group, 2 patients developed bleeding and hematoma around the puncture site because of prema- ture or incorrect activitiea two patients occmTed urinary retention due to no preoperative micturition training in bed and to postoperative lying position and changes in micturition posture and environment. No oostoperative complications occurred in the clinical pathway group, and the standard rate of health education and the patient satisfaction were higher than the control group, with significant differences between the two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions Application of clinical nursing pathway in health education for patients undergoing coronary angiography can make the patients master relevant knowledge, adopt healthy behaviors, and actively cooperate with treatment and nursing care. It can reduce postoperative complications, improve nursing quality, and increase patient satisfaction with nursing practice.
