摘 要:目的探讨牙颌数字化三维重建技术及面向快速成型技术应用的测量结果准确性。方法3DXMULTI—IMAGEMICROCT锥形束CT、i2CAT锥形束CT(conebeamcomputedtomography,CBCT)和东芝Aquillion四层螺旋CT扫描获得数据,采用Mimics软件重建牙颌三维实体模型,Magics软件进行数据修补,可供快速成型切片软件应用,测量前牙牙冠的近远中径、后牙的颊舌径,并与游标卡尺测量结果比对分析。结果选用三种不同扫描方法采集原始数据建模后,成型了良好的三维数据牙颌模型。3D锥形束CT测量结果准确率达100%(15/15),i2CAT锥形束CT为86.67%(13/15),而螺旋CT仅为40%(4/151螺旋CT与3D锥形柬CT、i2CAT锥形束CT测量结果差异有极显著性(P〈0.01),3D锥形束CT与i2CAT锥形束CT测量结果无显著差异伊〉0.05)。结论采用数字化三维重建技术处理CT数据,快速建模,根据不同的加工精度临床选择使用不同型号和扫描精度的CT完成任务。Objective To explore the accuracy of the new technique combined with 3D reconstruction from CT data and rapid manufacturing presented to get a good reference during rapid manufacturing. Methods Software Mimics and Magics were used to reconstruct three dimensional model from CT image scanned by spiral CT, i2CAT CBCT and 3DX- CT respectively. The max distance between buccal and lingual side of molar and premolars, between medial and distal side of incisors and canines were measured in digital figures. All those data was validated by manual measurement in bone specimens. Result The differences between spiral CT and i2CAT CBCT and 3DX-CT were significant but not between i2CAT CBCT and 3DX-CT.Conclusion Dispersion analysis shows that the measurement of both 3DX-CT and i2CAT CBCT are accurate. Three dimensional measurement can be applied to rapid manufacturing.
