摘  要:为优化某厂的钢包烘烤制度,耦合了烘烤过程中流体流动、燃烧和换热过程,建立了用于数值计算的三维数学模型,利用计算流体力学软件FLUENT,采用有限差分方法和修正的速度-压力耦合算法SIMPLEC,计算了钢包内的燃烧现象,重点分析了不同煤气流量下钢包内煤气燃烧温度场的变化规律,并进行了试验验证。结果表明,煤气流量800m3/h时,烘烤温度较为理想,并且烘烤均匀性好,是提高炉壁温度的最佳流量,计算结果与试验结果基本吻合。提出了可供现场参考的烘烤工艺参数。In order to optimize the ladle baking system of a factory, numerical simulation of gas flow, combustion and heat transfer in ladle during the baking process was carried out. Using FLUENT code with finite difference and SIMPLEC methods, the temperature distribution of ladle baked at different flux of gas was investigated numerically and experimentally. Results show that the improvement of gas flow can improve baking temperature, 800 m^3/h is the most appropriate flow, in this condition, the burning temperature is highest, and baking temperature is more even. The calculated results agree with the experimental observation. In addition, the optimal baking parameters for the actual performance were presented.
