摘 要:阐述了激光加工超强度纤维柔性复合材料的优势,并以激光与超强度纤维柔性复合材料的相互作用机理为基础,对激光加工纤维复合材料的特点、影响激光加工质量的因素以及激光加工质量评估的研究进展进行了综述。最后指出,无论是减少热影响区域,还是改善加工表面质量,对利用理论模型优化加工参数、复杂轮廓和精细加工的工艺以及激光加工后对超强度纤维柔性复合材料性能的影响等方面的研究需要倍受重视。This paper sets forth the advantages of laser processing fiber-reinforced flexible composite material. Based on the mechanism of laser and fiber-reinforced flexible composite material interaction, this paper presents an overview of the development in the characteristic of laser processing fiber-reinforced flexible composite material, the factors which influence processing quality and the evaluation on the processing quality. This paper suggests that it is required to develop a model which can predict the laser processing parameters not only to reduce the heat-affected area but also improve the laser processing quality; And the research efforts should be directed to the theory model improving, complex contours and fined processing and the influence of laser processing over the performance of fiber-reinforced flexible composite material.
