摘　　要：黑龙江省在煤炭资源开发过程中,对矿区的生态环境造成了巨大的破坏。针对黑龙江省四大煤城煤炭资源开采的生态环境损失问题,运用CVM法进行问卷调查收集数据,采用数据挖掘的方法分析了被调查者的属性与其支付意愿、支付额的关联关系,并进一步采用Tobit模型测算了四大煤城由于煤炭开采造成的生态环境价值损失。The ecological environment was destructed in the coal resource development process of Heilongjiang Province. This paper focused on the ecological environment loss problem in the coal resource development of Heilongjiang＇s four main coal cities. Used CVM method and questionnaire collecting data, and used data mining method analyzing the relationship between properties of informant and the WTP, disbursement. At last, measured the ecological environment loss cased by coal development in four main coal cities by Tobit model.
