三伏灸与安慰剂对变应性鼻炎患者临床表现的比较研究

摘　　要：目的对照观察三伏灸以及安慰剂对变应性鼻炎患者临床症状和体征的改善情况。方法选取变应性鼻炎患者60例,通过随机数字表分为两组,三伏灸组28例(剔除2例)、安慰剂组26例(剔除4例)。观察两组临床表现的改善情况。结果三伏灸组治疗后及随访各项症状与体征分值、症状总分、体征总分和临床表现总分均下降(P<0.05);与同组治疗后分值比较,三伏灸组患者随访时鼻痒、流清涕、鼻塞症状、鼻甲与鼻黏膜体征和眼部体征升高(P<0.05),打喷嚏症状和鼻黏膜颜色分值持续降低(P<0.05);安慰剂组患者随访时眼部体征分值降低(P<0.05)。与安慰剂组比较,除眼部体征外,三伏灸组治疗后各项症状分值与其他体征分值、症状总分、体征总分和临床表现总分均明显下降(P<0.05);随访时打喷嚏、鼻甲与鼻黏膜体征、鼻黏膜颜色、体征总分和临床表现总分均下降明显(P<0.05)。结论三伏灸可以明显改善变应性鼻炎的多数症状和体征。Objective To compare the efficacy of dog days moxibustion with placebo in improving clinical symptoms and signs in allergic rhinitis patients. Method Sixty allergic rhinitis patients were enrolled and allocated, using a random number table, to two groups, a dog days moxibustion group of 28 cases （2 drop-out） and a placebo group of 26 cases （4 drop-out）. Improvements in the clinical manifestations were observed in the two groups. Result Every symptom and sign marks, the symptom score, the sign score and the clinical manifestation score decreased in the dog days moxibustion group at the end of treatment and the follow-up （P〈0.05） Nose itches, watery nasal discharge and nasal obstruction marks, nasal concha and mucosa sign marks and eye sign marks increased （P〈0.05） and sneezing and nasal mucosa color marks decreased （P〈0.05） in the dog days moxibustion group of patients at the follow-up compared with the end of treatment （P〈0.05）. Eye sign marks decreased in the placebo group of patients at the follow-up （P〈0.05）. Every symptom and sign （except eye sign） marks, the symptom score, the sign score and the clinical manifestation score decreased significantly at the end of treatment （P〈0.05） and sneezing marks, nasal concha and mucosa sign marks, nasal mucosa color marks, the sign score and the clinical manifestation score decreased significantly at the follow-up （P〈0.05） in the dog days moxibustion group compared with the placebo group. Conclusion Dog days moxibustion can markedly improve most symptoms and signs of allergic rhinitis.
