摘　　要：目的观察针刺及早期健康教育对老年脑卒中患者生活质量的影响。方法将116例急性脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组56例。治疗组在针刺治疗的基础上配合早期健康教育,对照组给予常规内科治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后心理状态、神经功能及生活自理能力,并进行评分。结果治疗3个疗程后,治疗组HRSD、NIHSS、Barthel评分明显高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论针刺配合早期健康教育能够改善老年脑卒中患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the effects of acupuncture and early health education on the quality of life in senile stroke patients. Method One hundred and sixteen patients with acute cerebral stroke were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 60 cases and a control group of 56 cases. The treatment group received acupuncture plus early health education and the control group, routine medical treatment. The mental state, nervous functions and the activities of daily living were scored in the two groups of patients before and after treatment. The results were compared between the two groups. Result After 3 courses of treatment, the HRSD, NIHSS, Barthel scores were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Acupuncture plus early health education can improve the quality of life in senile stroke patients.
