磁珠耳穴贴压治疗慢性单纯性青光眼疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察应用磁珠耳穴贴压治疗慢性单纯性青光眼的临床效果。方法将38例慢性单纯性青光眼患者(47只患眼)随机分为观察组19例(24眼)和对照组19例(23眼),观察组采用磁珠耳穴贴压,对照组应用0.25%～0.5%噻吗心安滴眼液每日滴眼,观察两组治疗前后眼压、视力、临床症状的变化。结果治疗后观察组总有效率为94.7%,对照组为73.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组总有效率明显优于对照组。结论磁珠耳穴贴压治疗慢性单纯性青光眼疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical effect of auricular point sticking with magnetic pearl in treating chronic simple glaucoma. Method Thirty-eight patients （forty-seven eyes） with chronic simple glaucoma were randomized into an observation group of 19 cases （24 eyes） and a control group of 19 cases （23 eyes）. The observation group was treated by auricular point sticking with magnetic pearl, and the control group was by using 0.25%-0.5% timolol eye drop each day. The changes of intraocular pressure, visual acuity, and clinical symptom indexes in the two groups were observed. Result After treatment, the total effective rate was 94.7% in the observation group versus 73.7% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）, showing that the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion Auricular point sticking is definitely effective in treating chronic simple glaucoma.
