摘  要:目的观察电针、药物并用对绝经后骨质疏松模型大鼠血清E2、骨密度的影响。方法制备大鼠模型,并将其随机分为模型组、电针组、药物组、针药组,分别进行电针、药物、针药治疗后观测指标S-E2及腰椎L1-L4、右侧股骨骨密度(BMD)。结果针药组与模型组、电针组、药物组比较,S-E2、腰椎L1-L4和右侧股骨骨密度(BMD)升高明显(P<0.05)。结论针药并用可以有效调节绝经后骨质疏松大鼠S-E2的含量,增加腰椎L1-L4和右侧股骨骨密度,改善骨质疏松。Objective To investigate the effect of combined use of electroacupuncture and medicine on serum E2 (S-E2) and bone mineral density in a rat model of postmenopausal osteoporosis. Method A rat model was made. The rats were randomly allocated to model, electroacupuncture, medicine and acupuncture plus medicine groups. S-E2, and lumbar vertebrae 1-4 and right femoral bone mineral density (BMD) were measured after treatment with electroaeupuncture, medicine or acupuncture plus medicine Result S-E2, and lumbar vertebrae 1-4 and right femoral bone mineral density (BMD) increased significantly in the acupuncture plus medicine group compared with the model, electroacupuncture or medicine group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The combined use of acupuncture and medicine can effectively regulate the S-E2 content, increase lumbar vertebrae 1-4 and right femoral bone mineral density and improve osteoporosis in postmenopausal osteoporosis rats.
