摘　　要：报告1例维A酸所致的发疹性黄瘤病。患儿女,11岁,因服用维A酸治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病2个月余,诱发全身泛发性黄色丘疹和结节,伴有血清三酰甘油升高,皮损经组织病理确诊为发疹性黄瘤病。停用维A酸,服用降脂药物,并配合饮食控制后,皮疹大部分消退,血脂恢复正常。A case of eruptive xanthoma induced by oral tretinoid therapy a11-trans-retinoic acid （ATRA） is reported. A 11- year-old female took all-trans-retinoic acid for more than 2 months due to acute promyelocytic leukemia, and generalized yel- low papules and nodules developed all over the body, with elevated level of serum triglycerides. She was diagnosed as erup-tive xanthoma by pathology finally. ATRA was discontinued. Antl-hyperlipidaemic agents were taken, and dietary control was coordinated. And then the rashes faded away, and the lipid got right.
