奶牛真菌性乳房炎敏感药物的筛选

摘　　要：以引起奶牛乳房炎的5株酵母样真菌作为研究对象,选用制霉菌素等5种抗真菌用药物、痢菌净等10种常用抗生素和黄连等8味中草药制剂,进行体外敏感药物的筛选。结果显示:5株酵母样真菌对制霉菌素、痢菌净、黄连制剂均高度敏感,对氟康唑、氟苯尼考等多种药物不敏感。The experiment of five strains of yeast-like fungus sensitized to five types of antifungous drugs including nystatin, ten types of antibiotis including maquindox and eight types of Chinese herbal medicine including Huanghan was studied by screening of sensi- tized drugs in vitro. The results showed that five strains of yeast-like fungus had higher sensibility to nystatin, maquindox and Huan- glian（a Chinese medicinal herb） , but had not sensitized to fluconazole , florfenicol and some Chinese medicinal herbs.
