摘　　要：阐述了静脉输液中的不溶性微粒对人体的危害,介绍了精密过滤输液器的原理,探讨了精密过滤输液器滤除不溶性微粒的有效性及其应用发展,呼吁制定有关精密过滤输液的法规,降低静脉输液的不良反应。The health hazards of insoluble particles in intravenous infusion is elaborated,the principle of precise-filtering infusion device is introduced,and the effectiveness and application development of the precise-filtering infusion device in filtering insoluble particles are discussed.The establishment of precise-filtering infusion regulations is appealed to reduce the adverse reaction of intravenous transfusion.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2012,33（6）：80-81,102]
