摘　　要：探讨了检验试剂二次招标采购的实际意义,分析了规范检验试剂招标采购的特点、优势,指出了检验试剂二次招标采购是新时期疗养工作的一种创新与实践,在纠正检验试剂使用与采购责权混淆状况、建立科学的招标采购机制、防范医药购销领域的不正之风、提高经济效益以及节约采购成本方面具有重要作用。The actual significance of 2nd-time bidding and purchasing of examination reagents is explored.The features and advantages of standard examination reagents bidding and purchasing are analyzed.The 2nd-time bidding and purchasing is one kind of innovations and practices for recuperations in a new era,and the importance is discussed on rectifying the current situation that examination reagents are used and purchased by the same departments,whose responsibilities are related to interests,on establishing scientific bidding and purchasing mechanism,on preventing unethical practices in drug and pharmaceutical purchasing and sale,and on improving economic effects and saving purchase costs of sanatoriums.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2012,33（6）：97-98]
