摘　　要：目的:探讨应用Leica Pelori快速组织脱水机进行病理组织脱水的问题。方法:结合国内工作环境制定常规组织脱水处理程序和快速组织脱水程序处理标本。结果:Leica Pelori快速组织脱水机处理组织脱水充分,细胞结构清晰,染色核浆对比好,免疫组化和分子病理检测结果定位准确,保证了病理制片质量。结论:Leica Pelori快速组织脱水机提高了工作效率和石蜡切片质量。Objective To investigate the application of Leica Pelori immediate processing tissue dehydrator in the dehydration of pathology tissue.Methods Combining with the domestic working environment,the routine tissue dehydration procedure and immediate processing tissue dehydration program were made to deal with the specimens.Results With the use of Leica Pelori machine,the tissue was dehydrated fully,the cellular structure was clear,the dyeing contrast between the nucleus and cytolymph was sharp,and the positioning of immunohistochemical and molecular pathology testing was accurate,all of which ensured the quality of pathological section.Conclusion Leica Pelori immediate processing tissue dehydrator improves the work efficiency and the quality of paraffin section.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2012,33（6）：101-102]
