摘  要:目的:探讨68Ge校正源在PET/CT质量控制中的重要作用。方法:对68Ge源校正前、后正常体检患者的PET/CT图像和设备的质量图和参数报告进行对比分析。结果:校正前后采集的图像质量图和参数报告存在显著差异。患者全身PET图像:68Ge源校正前,横断位图像前胸部前方放射性分布较胸背部放射性分布明显稀疏,视野右侧较左侧放射性分布稀疏;右肺区呈放射性缺损,背部肌肉放射性分布增浓,SUV值明显升高;冠状位图像可见膀胱周围区放射性分布缺损;不符合正常人FDG代谢的分布特点。68Ge源校正后,图像横断位和冠状位全身显像未见异常的放射性分布增浓或稀疏区;放射性分布符合正常人FDG代谢分布特点。结论:68Ge校正源是PET正常运行中必不可少的配置。Objective To study the importance of 68Ge calibration sources in PET/CT quality control.Methods The image quality graph and report or the whole body PET images of normal physical examination patients acquired before and after the system calibration with 68Ge pin source by visualization were compared.Results There were significant differences in the image quality diagram and parameters before and after the correction.The PET image: before the 68Ge source correction,the transverse image showed the radioactive distribution in the front chest was significantly sparser than that in the back chest,whereas the radioactive distribution in right vision was sparser than that in left vision.There was a radioactivity defect in the right lung but a radioactivity concentration in the back muscles where the SUV values went up significantly.The coronal image showed that there was a radioactivity defect in the bladder area.The image didn't conform to the distribution characteristics of normal FDG image.After the 68Ge source correction,the image showed that radioactivity distribution was not strong or sparse in transverse and coronal images.The radioactive distribution corresponded to the normal person's FDG distribution characteristics.Conclusion 68Ge calibration source is a necessary configuration for the routine operation of PET.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2012,33(6):110-111,146]
