摘 要:以MK1080型无心外圆磨床砂轮架为研究对象,使用CATIA V5对砂轮架进行三维建模,导入ABAQUS有限元分析软件中对其进行模态分析,并对砂轮架网格划分方法进行了探索。通过分析,获得砂轮架前六阶固有频率和振型,并对结果进行了分析。结果表明:砂轮架的结构设计整体合理,最低固有频率达到503.6 Hz,能够满足工作条件。同时分析出了结构的一些薄弱环节,为砂轮架结构的优化改进提供了理论参考依据。A MK1080- model heartless cylindrical grinder's grinding carriage is chosen as the researching object, and the 3D model of the grinding carriage is built up by CATIA V5 software. The model is imported to the ABAQUS finite element analysis software for modal analysis, and mesh generation of the grinding carriage is explored. The first six steps natural frequency and mode shapes of the structure are obtained after analyzing, and the results are analyzed. The results show that: the overall structural design of the grind- ing carriage is reasonable. The lowest natural frequency of 503, 6Hz is able to meet the working conditions. Some weak links of the structure is analyzed. The results provide a theoretical basis for the structure optimization and improvement of the grinding carriage.
