羰基金属的来源、危害及中温羰基金属净化剂的研制

摘　　要：系统阐述了合成气中羰基金属的来源及其危害。采用挤条法成型,制得一种中温羰基金属净化剂,实验结果表明,该净化剂在原料气中羰基铁含量为100×10-6、CO含量≤10%、空速3 000h-1、温度200℃条件下,出口羰基铁含量≤0.1×10-6,对羰基铁具有良好的脱除活性,可以工业应用。The source and its hazards of metal carbonyls in syngas is expounded systematically. A middle temperature metal carbonyls guard catalyst is prepared by extrusion. The experimental results show that middle temperature metal carbonyls guard catalyst is efficient in removal metal carbonyls when inlet metal carbonyls 100 × 10.6, CO≤10%, space velocity 3 000 h^-1, reaction temperature 200 ℃ and outlet metal carbonyls≤0.1 × 10^-6.
