摘  要:对45CrNiMo1V钎头采用冷压、热压及热镶方法进行固齿,研究了不同过盈量对钎头使用寿命的影响,并通过矿山实际凿岩实验对钎头质量进行了验证。结果表明:采用热镶固齿且过盈量为0.04 mm的钎头具有较长的使用寿命,寿命达到或超过国内同类产品水平,接近国际先进水平的1/2。Tooth-fixing techniques (cold pressing, hot pressing and hot mounting) were studied to improve the performance and life of column button drill bits in 45CrNiMo1V. The qualities of drill bits were tested by the practical rock drilling experiments in mine. Results show that hot mounting technique with a shrink range of 0. 04mm can get the longer drilling life for column button drill bits. Drilling life of drill bits can reach or exceed the leading level of domestic similar products, close to the half of international advanced level.
