摘 要:以云烟87为试材,于现蕾期打顶后,分别用不同浓度的IAA、GA、ABA浸泡过的脱脂棉球进行扎顶处理,研究其对烤烟根、茎、叶中烟碱含量的影响。结果表明:处理10 d后,不同浓度的IAA、GA均能降低烤烟叶(上、中、下)及根、茎中的烟碱含量,浓度为20 mg/L时对上部叶烟碱的降幅最大,分别为10.7%和17%;20 mg/L的ABA能降低烟碱含量,10、30 mg/L的ABA增加了烟碱含量。Using the apex-removing shoot of Yunyan 87 as material, the effect of different concentrations of IAA, GA or ABA with stem-top-binding method on the nicotine content in tobacco roots, stems, and leaves were investigated herein. The results showed that after treatment of 10 d, different concentrations of IAA or GA gave significant decrease of nicotine contents in leaves (upper, middle, and bottom), root and stem, and 20 mg/L of IAA or GA demonstrated the best effect for the upper leaves, whose reduction value was 10.7% or 17% , respectively. Additionally, 20 mg/L ABA might reduce the nicotine content, conversely, 10 mg/L and 30 mg/L ABA elevated the nicotine content.
