摘 要:为进一步探索调环酸钙对丘陵山地等旱薄地块花生种植的影响,通过TTC还原法、考马斯亮蓝G-250等方法,研究了胶东丘陵地每公顷叶面喷施10、20、30、40 g调环酸钙(Prohexadione calcium)对花生(Arachis hypogaeaL.)叶片叶绿素含量、根系活力及相关多酶活性、可溶性蛋白含量等生理特性的影响。结果表明:每公顷喷施20 g能明显增加叶片中叶绿素含量,提高花生根系活力、可溶性蛋白质(Pro)含量以及植株(叶片和根系)中过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的含量,同时能降低根系和叶片中丙二醛(MDA)等毒性物质的含量。其中,处理后1周,根系活力T2处理比对照提高了5.21%,叶片中叶绿素含量T2处理比对照提高了10.83%;处理后2周,T2处理根系中SOD含量比对照提高了17.9%,MDA含量比对照减少了20.1%;叶片中POD含量比对照提高了25.5%,CAT含量比对照提高了22.5%。说明适宜浓度的调环酸钙有延缓丘陵山地花生植株衰老的作用,利于丰产增收。Under the condition of the hilly field cultivation, the effects of foliar-spraying of different concen- trations of prohexadione calcium on the physiological characters of peanut (Arachis hypogaea L. ) leaf and root were investigated in the current work. The results showed that the application of 20 g.hm-2 prohexadi- one calcium gave the best effect, by which the root activity, chlorophll content, aetivities of superoxide dis- mutase ( SOD), peroxidase (POD) , or catalase ( CAT), as well as soluble protein (Pro) content were di- versely improved, conversely, propyldialdehyde (MDA)accumulations were reduced in root and leaf of pea- nut. The root vigor, leaf chlorophll content of T2 increased by 5.21% , 10.83% , respectively, one week af- ter spraying. Two weeks after spraying of T2, POD activity of roots was 17.9% higher than that of the con- trol, and MDA decreased by 20.1%. Compared with the control, additionally, POD and CAT of leaf were enhanced by 17.9% , 22.5% , respectively. Therefore, the suitable concentration of prohexadione calcium can delay the senescence of hilly-filed peanut plants, and may elevate the yield.
